Herb Gross introduces the topic of Systems of Equations in which there are two equations each of which has two variables. He shows how to solve such a system; i.e., find the value of each of the variables such that both equations are true simultaneously. Sometimes it is not possible to solve a system - either the equations are contradictory or do not admit a unique solution. Herb shows several examples of solutions techniques.
